My love for photography began at a very young age. At a young age I can remember my mother hanging a white sheet on the wall, and then posing for me - while I 'took pictures' with an empty Kleenex box. As I grew older I replaced the Kleenex box, but that same passion that I had then, transpires into my work now. Photography is my soul's dance, my heart's passion - it defines who I am - and more so, it is my passion to create something beautiful for my clients.
I have been both formally and self trained in my photography journey. Since my journey began at such a young age, I indulged in classes throughout high school learning everything about film photography that I could. At 18 I moved across the country to Utah, where I attended the University of Utah. At the UofU I minored in art (with a digital photography emphasis), where I extended my knowledge of photography - and deepened my love for it.
When I'm not taking pictures of my beautiful clients or treasuring my lovely family, you may just find me sipping tea at one of the many local coffee houses(oh how thankful I am to be back where coffee houses are so abundant!), reading great books (suggestions always welcome), fighting for what I feel is right!, baking cupcakes (if you give me an excuse to bake, I will love you for life!). Oh, and also, I am a graduate student at UMBC. :)
