Ladies & Gentlemen - something is in the water in Odenton - beware! :). But thankfully - that same something in the water, is producing only beautiful babies with the most loving of parents. Cathryn emailed me and let me know that they were thinking about inducing her later in the week - (though her due date was not officially until the end of the month). Well wouldn't you know, that their little guy had plans of his own - and came healthy (AND FAST!!!) - a week EARLY. THEIR FIRST BABY!? How Lucky! :) Most first time mothers have to wait over their due dates! Cathryn and her husband (and their sons lucky mom-mom), are some of the most loving parents. And while most dads are competitive worthy swaddlers (moms got it for this little family!), the dad is probably one of THE MOST EXCITED new father's I've ever photographed. Awesome, guys! Thanks for choosing me to capture this beautiful breath life & experience - and I can't wait to watch your bundle of joy grow!

Please - take a deep breath! Sheri is the pregnant woman we all wish we were - target gainers, who maintain beauty everywhere else.  She has the cutest & most perfect belly, and looks stunning! I kept telling her how jealous every other pregnant woman is - and she didn't believe me, but I know everyone will agree with me! P.S. What is it with people in Odenton having the most beautiful homes? You should see theres.....

Sheri & her husband were kind of scared that I was taking their pictures 'in the dark'. They did not believe me when I said "The flash bouncing will work, I promise...". So Sheri & Ken - here's proof! :)

(See the huge fish? Sheri's husband caught that the day after their wedding at 5AM in the morning, his first time ever fishing. Pretty freaking incredible, huh?)

I talk 1,000 miles per minute - let me tell you that before hand. I can't believe I haven't had a client say "woah" yet ha! [My family sure does....]. However, if you can keep up with me - even if you're not exactly speaking as fast, well I'm going to get even more excited! :) Dana & her husband Otto are pretty amazing in this department. They are fun, outgoing, and yet still conservative - love it♥! Plus their daughter happens to share names with my daughter, which obviously means we all have excellent taste.... RIGHT?! It was great working with you guys, thank you for making the trek down to Baltimore from Northern Va!

That was my absolute favorite - just because of their little girls smile. She was SO smiley! You would say her name and SMILES galore - I've never had a baby smile so easily - especially as COLD as it was!!

Babies... I say this all the time - and I will forever continue to say it. Please have them & then please choose me to photograph them! :) I love♥ newborns - and the best part of photographing them in all their beautiful fresh glory - is that at the end of the shoot, I get to go home and enjoy sleep, still! Liz & her family were absolutely stunning - you should SEE their house! She told me that in another life she was an interior designer - but like I needed to be told - it was obvious. She also saw eye to eye with me on a lot of things, and it's always fun to speak to like minded people! Thanks for allowing me to photograph your beautiful family Liz!

First time mom's are funny - they are in the "new parent" overprotective (but understandable) parenting stage. This is Liz's third... she was very flexible!

(Like when I purposely wanted her baby to cry? She was ok with that too....)
